stampin’ up comes through again

Posted May 20, 2014 By scrappy

stampin up comes thru again..

Here we go again…. hate to be a cheerleader (not in my blood), but while I was making my envelope video for youtube, cracked open a replacement blade for the trimmer and it just DID NOT WORK.  started tearing everything up.  So, emailed Stampin’ up….  and was upfront – I didn’t know whether it was a shipping, a mfg issue, bottom of the trimmer storage issue?  It was still in the little plastic protector when I gave it a go -   so, no questions, just rec’d an email that I had an order coming to me…   2 pkgs of replacement blades… so, 4 for the 1 that was buggered.  If you look back in my blog, you will see that not all, FEW actually, mfg’s stand behind their products in this way.

Quick Link to Clearance

Posted May 11, 2014 By scrappy

Had every intention of adding a Sunday shopper selection of Stampin’ UP clearance items I liked best.  Possibly 3-6 items that were on sale that week.  First time out – I wasn’t able to choose.  So instead, added a quick link to the clearance list that follows below my monthly product picks on the home page.  Warning – EVERYTHING on the list is difficult to resist!

2014 Christmas Card Designs have Begun

Posted May 9, 2014 By scrappy

Why not begin early!  I must because I cannot take the pressure of having to create 12-16 Christmas Cards (not to mention gift tags) at the last minutes when I have a dozen other things to do.  The “teddy bears” are a classic and linked on the videos page under Christmas Cards (where else?).  Wait, but there’s more!   Hahaha.  As the first XMAS Card Club Kit and Video I’ve created a BONUS card storage box.  In writing the article I’ve made it generic so that you can replicate the design to meet your needs as far as height, length and width of this “flap top box”.  That’s been posted on the Paper Crafts page.  Merry Christmas ;)

Fun and versatile tools for May

Posted May 3, 2014 By scrappy

Product picks in May are all about making life easier.  The scoring 12×12 plates enable you to create a scrapbook raised page in plenty of patterns in the size that you need for your layout.  Background card stock, borders and panels.  The third pick is a little less obvious – but I plan to show you what I mean by “anything can pop out of an envelope” – and the Envelope punch board is incredibly versatile to make that happen on your scrapbook pages.  Visit my home page for quick links to ordering.
