product defectAlways a good thing to know that your suppliers are reasonable, or beyond, when you purchase something from them that is not “quite right”.  Noticed that I received a pack of doilies that had a problem (not thoroughly embossed) in one of the corners.  I emailed them along with this photo explaining the defect and asking them how I needed to proceed.  Within 24 hours, they emailed back an apology AND a replacement invoice that a replacement is already on its way to me.   Thumbs up to Paperwishes!  (I go to them for most of my “bling” crafting supplies).
